WAWG Annual Woman Abuse Prevention Month Event – Nov 24, 2023

In recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (November 25th) and November being Woman Abuse Prevention Month,Join WAWG on Friday, November 24th, 9am-11:30am @ Bridgeworks (200 Caroline St N) for:

– Keynote presentation by PAMELA CROSS, Luke’s Place Advocacy Director and member of the Domestic Violence Death Review Committee (DVDRC) on the Renfrew Inquest Recommendations and ending gender-based violence in Hamilton

– First screening of WAWG’s VAW Shelters Awareness VideoDoors open at 9am / Refreshments available from 9am / Presentations start at 9:30am.
